Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assistance with ADL’s and IADL’s.
• Client and caregiver health instruction.
• Notify the RN or Clinical Director of any changes in client’s condition.
• Insert and irrigate tubes and Foley catheters.
• Administer oxygen by mask or cannula.
• Care for ventilators and perform tracheostomy care.
