Qualifications

• Current LPN License in the State of North Carolina.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and assist nursing assistants (CNAs).
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
