Responsibilities

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, HR, etc.).
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and side-effects.
• Monitor patient condition and maintain patient charts.
• Assist patients with daily activities (eating, bathing, etc.).
• Administer injections and prescribed medications; wound care.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.
• Communicate with patients’ families to offer guidance and information.
