Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Genoa, OH, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and supervise nursing assistants on the unit. You will monitor residents daily, observe changes, and coordinate with the charge nurse and physicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid LPN license in the state.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate health status and notify relevant staff of changes.
• Identify problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures as needed.
• Provide holistic nursing care within the LPN scope.
• Assist in monitoring medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Complete medical forms, reports, and charting as required.
• Report occupational exposures according to facility policies.
