Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
- Document changes in resident conditions accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care.
