Qualifications

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents, including administering medications.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient care.
