Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Apopka is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate bedside care to residents at our Apopka, FL facility. You will manage admissions, medications, and daily resident needs in collaboration with the care team, while adhering to infection control and center policies.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN license, CPR certification, and ideally two years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition.
