Arisa Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the new TC Unit in North Little Rock, AR. The LPN will provide direct care including checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, and coordinating with insurance for certain therapies.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of LPN experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting and an Associate degree or higher.

Description

Arisa Health is growing, and we are searching for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support our growing and new TC Unit in Little Rock. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will have experience working with adults in a clinical setting to provide direct care including checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, and working with insurance to approve some of the medications for our clients. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year’s experience working in a mental health facility.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

This position is classified as part-time, non-exempt (hourly)

Work Hours: PRN (Mondays 8am - 3pm or Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm on call)

• Associate degree or advanced specialized training
• One year experience as an LPN
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid AR Driver's License and a good driving record.
