Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse license active in the practicing state.
- CPR certification current.
- 1+ year experience in senior care or related field.
- English proficiency to communicate with residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide licensed nursing services to residents following guidelines.
- Administer medications per Federal & State regulations.
- Contribute to admissions assessments and documentation as needed.
- Develop and maintain acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
- Respond to emergencies and communicate health changes to physicians/families.
- Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with staff across departments.
