Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Collierville, TN community. You will provide compassionate clinical care within Assisted Living, supporting a strong caregiving team and upholding Americare’s standards of quality life for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Support and guide caregiving staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing monitoring of changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols.
• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, office staff, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the Regional Nurse Consultant and community leadership to support clinical best practices.
• Support orientation and training of care team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents.
