Job summary

Staffers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for on-site support in Sheboygan, WI. The role involves supervising care delivery, assessing resident needs, and developing care plans in collaboration with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care for residents and their families.

We have all 8-hour shifts available. The LPN will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and communicate needs to the DON/ADON and nursing staff while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care and establish positive interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administer nursing care and observe residents, documenting changes in condition and reporting to the Nurse Manager.
• Supervise CNAs and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.
• Check and administer medications, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies with the Nurse Manager on duty.
