Beacon Rehab & Nursing Center in Queens, NY is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our patient-centered care team. You will support the DON, oversee care staff, and provide direct patient care with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.

We offer an hourly wage ranging from $34.48 to $38, a 1199 Union position, comprehensive benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and flexible shifts including day, evening, night, and weekend.

Qualifications

• Must hold NY LPN license and current NY certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily nursing operations under the DON.
• Oversee and support direct care staff.
• Provide direct patient care as assigned or needed.
• Adhere to infection-control, medication, and safety protocols.
• Document resident care in charts and records.
• Communicate actions and needs across nursing teams.
