Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document care activities accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Administer medications, including injections, orally, and topically.
• Monitor and report patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and communication.
