Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team in North Carolina. Shifts available include 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM, 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care provided by aides and staff.
• Coordinate nursing care on unit and ensure appropriate care.
• Provide medication-related interventions and accurate orders documentation.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and implement changes.
• Notify physician of status changes and update orders.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development.
