Gallaway Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Tennessee. This full-time role provides high-quality patient care and supports a positive culture focused on teamwork and respect.

You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and develop care plans under supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends) are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• LPN license valid in Tennessee.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the RN/physician.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care.
