Job summary

The Gardens at York Terrace in Pottsville, PA is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. You will deliver essential nursing care under the supervision of an RN or medical supervisor, focusing on high-quality resident care and comfort.

We offer competitive wages ($26.75–$28.75 per hour) with shift differentials and multiple shifts including Day, Evening, Night, and PRN opportunities to support our residents and team.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or medical supervisor.
• Provide direct medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Ensure that care is provided in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and professional environment for residents, families, and staff.
