Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Perform basic nursing assessments and document care.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with resident care as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
