Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program.
Current LPN license valid in the assignment's jurisdiction.

Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN or licensed healthcare provider.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the LPN scope of practice.
Monitor vital signs, observe changes in patient condition, and communicate concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Assist with daily patient care needs and reinforce patient and family education.
Follow infection control procedures and collaborate with the healthcare team.
