Apploi is seeking a compassionate licensed practical nurse to join our skilled nursing facility in Worthington, Ohio. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and provide direct nursing care with a focus on dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering nursing care in a SNF setting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
