Robious Health & Rehab Center in Midlothian, VA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in our SNF setting. You will assess residents, create care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to maintain the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
