Davie Nursing & Rehab Center in Mocksville, NC is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.

We offer flexible pay options including On-Demand Pay and Weekly Pay, a family-like culture, generous PTO and benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Full-time and part-time shifts available, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting.
