Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our assisted living facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulations.

We offer on-demand or weekly pay options, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with wage between $30.75 and $34.00 per hour for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and staff.
• Ensure care delivery complies with applicable standards and policies.
• Maintain infection control and health/sanitation practices.
