Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Red Bank, NJ is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shifts 7a-3pm. Up to $43.18/hr based on experience, weekly payroll, excellent health, dental and vision insurance, 401K match, daily pay, PTO and holiday pay.

You will perform admissions, discharges, medication administration, infection control, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate long-term and rehabilitative care.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy
• Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
• Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident
• Implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response
• directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
