Saber Health Group is hiring compassionate LPNs for our skilled nursing facility in Beaver Falls. Earn up to $40.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and flexible pay options including on-demand pay and weekly pay. We seek candidates with an active LPN license and CPR certification. Shifts include 8-, 12-, and 16-hour options; full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
• Support quality of care and patient safety in the SNF setting.
