Job summary

Mont Marie Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking LPNs to join a 84-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay and competitive shift differentials.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, follow care plans, administer medications, and document care in a supportive team environment. Qualifications include an active MA LPN license, valid CPR/BLS, and the ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards and plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans by Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
