Job summary

Kennebunk, ME facility affiliated with National Health Care Associates seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct care, administer medications, and implement care plans for residents. Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged with ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills including administration of medications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
