Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and a multidisciplinary team. You will participate in admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning while supporting patient and family education.

The role emphasizes effective communication, adherence to LPN scope of practice, and active participation in quality improvement efforts to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license or eligibility in Arkansas.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning.
• Communicate patient conditions and updates to the care team.
• Support patient and family education.
• Collaborate to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Delegate tasks and guide support staff as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team activities.
