Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to gather data, plan care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Provides patient care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety needs across ages.
• Communicates professionally with patients, families and staff to ensure quality care.
• Adapts to unit/department changes and maintains professional development and credentials.
• Performs additional related duties as required.
