Job summary

Victorious Family Care Center in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. You will provide compassionate patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and other staff to support client well-being in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The role requires an active LPN license in TN, AR, or MS and a minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Tennessee, Arkansas, or Mississippi.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Prefer hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly and quarterly client assessments and document findings.
• Manage client medical records for accuracy, security, and accessibility.
• Promote early identification and prevention of health concerns through rounds and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments following the 7 rights of medication administration.
• Review MARs for accuracy in group homes and office settings.
• Distribute verified monthly medications to residential managers.
• Foster collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary team members.
• Attend required meetings and participate in professional engagement.
