Presidential Home Care LLC in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage individualized care plans, observing patient conditions with compassion and attention to detail.

You will coordinate with colleagues, administer medications, document changes, and maintain accurate patient records, reporting observations to your supervisor. A valid LPN license and CPR certification are required; RN experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LPN in state of employment.
• RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisor.
