Qualificações

• Valid and current LPN license in Florida.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with residents' needs in focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatment management.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents’ comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
