Zusammenfassung

Prisma Health is seeking an LPN to provide basic nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory setting. Under supervision, you will assist providers, manage patient flow, and support clinical operations at Patewood Outpt Ctr/Med Offices in Greenville.

The role requires completion of an LPN program and an active LPN license. This position is day shift in a non-management, collaborative team environment, with a bonus eligible incentive plan.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an LPN program recognized by state nursing board.
• No prior experience required.
• Active LPN license in good standing.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision in ambulatory settings.
• Assist provider with exams, procedures, and patient care activities.
• Coordinate patient appointments for diagnostics and referrals.
• Record vital signs and update patient charts with accurate data.
• Administer oral and injectable medications as directed by a provider.
