Edisto Post-Acute is a beautiful 113-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Orangeburg, SC, seeking a compassionate LPN to join our family-like team. We offer 12-hour shifts and competitive pay of $30-$34 per hour, with shift differentials and full-time benefits.

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, document changes, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure high-quality resident care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved LPN program.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina LPN license.
• Experience with PCC/PointClickCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise and support the daily activities of CNAs.
• Accurately document resident care and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents.
