• Proof of LNA education certificate and competency testing as required by NH Board of Nursing.
• Current NH LNA license and BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills related to physical, mental and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care and reports observations to the RN.
• Maintains safe patient handling and clean, stocked patient areas.
• Receives delegated work and adheres to the five rights of delegation.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
