Job summary

Visiting Angels Humble TX is hiring Live-in Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients across the local area, including Cleveland and nearby communities. You will provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, meal planning, and light housekeeping according to each client's care plan.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with insurance, strong communication skills, and reliability. Training in First Aid is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed).
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation at home and during appointments.
