Job summary

Visiting Angels of Anniston is seeking a Live-In Certified Nurse Aide to support elderly clients in Pell City, Anniston and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence at home.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal planning, and medication reminders. Full-time, PRN, and varied shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation to client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Manage light housekeeping.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take medications on time.
• Assist with shopping and putting away groceries.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation and accompany to appointments.
