Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Madison is seeking a compassionate Live In Caregiver to provide dedicated, in-home care for clients in the Madison area. You will offer one-on-one support, companionship, and assistance with daily living tasks to promote independence and well-being.

As part of a caring team, you will follow personalized care plans, document care provided, and ensure safety for clients in their own homes. Flexible evening and weekend availability is often required for this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their own homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Support clients with medication management, wound care, and other medical needs
• Encourage social interaction, engage in activities, and promote client safety and independence
• Document client care and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
