Golden Years is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one care and meaningful companionship to a client in Lexington. The client is a wheelchair user who values empathy, dignity and consistent support in daily routines.

The role requires an outgoing, dependable and patient individual who can take initiative and arrive ready to work. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9am–4pm and Saturday 10am–3pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.
