Job summary

Apploi is seeking a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor, delivering compassionate and professional basic care.

Responsibilities include recording medical history, measuring vitals, assisting with daily activities, wound care, administering medications, collecting samples, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Proven completion of an LPN license program and active licensure.
• Ability to undertake diverse care tasks in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and nursing best practices.
• Good command of medical terminology and patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Observe progress, monitor treatments, and document findings.
• Assist with daily activities and provide wound care and injections.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned and ensure patient comfort.
• Provide emotional support and communicate with patients' families.
