Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of targeted and effective treatment plans.
• Utilize a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy to meet the unique needs of your clients.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to guarantee a cohesive support structure for your clients.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, equipping clients in acute distress with effective coping strategies and resources.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, including workshops and seminars aimed at raising mental health awareness and eliminating stigma.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
