Job summary

Reliant Care Management Compan is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to support our residents and care team. You will sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, operate washers and dryers, inspect items for stains, and keep the laundry area clean and organized.

Ideal candidates have laundry/housekeeping experience, fabric care knowledge, strong time management, and teamwork. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, EAP, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of different fabrics and proper care instructions
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry in accordance with facility standards
• Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and label machines
• Inspect items for stains or damage and treat as appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist residents with laundry-related requests or questions
