• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
• Review menus prior to preparation and ensure correct diet trays are served.
• Follow sanitation, infection control, and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in inventorying and stocking foods and supplies as needed.
• Report hazards, accidents, or broken equipment as required by policy.
