Job summary

Revere Health in Vermont is seeking an experienced Internist to provide long-term, comprehensive care and manage both common and complex diseases. You will diagnose, prescribe medications, immunizations, and other non-surgical treatments while building lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications

Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
MD/DO degree required and ABIM certification preferred.
Strong communication and empathy with patients.
Experience diagnosing and managing common to complex diseases.

Responsibilities

Consult with patients to understand symptoms and health concerns.
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes.
Prescribe medications, therapies, and non-surgical treatments.
Explain procedures and test results to patients; adjust treatments as needed.
Monitor patient progress and re-evaluate treatments over time.
Maintain detailed notes and medical records; coordinate with specialists when needed.
Provide long-term care and preventive health guidance to patients.
