Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification in NY.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living preferred.
• Ability to accompany patients to appointments and errands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
