Gardenview Home Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality in-home care to our clients. The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, and committed to supporting individuals with their daily needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort.

You will assist with activities of daily living, support mobility, help with meal prep and light housekeeping, and provide companionship while following care plans and agency policies.

Formación

• Active HHA license.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities.
• Excellent communication with patient and care team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers support.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with meal preparation as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and agency policies.
