Qualifications

• Active HHA license is required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication with the patient and care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers support when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with meal preparation as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and agency policies.
