Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable licensed CNA to join our growing home health care team in Decatur, Georgia. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to clients while documenting their progress to ensure their wellbeing.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a CNA license, and at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting. Saturday and Sunday shifts are available from 10 AM to 4 PM. A caring personality and excellent communication skills are necessary.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time professional experience in a healthcare setting.
• Significant experience working in a home health care environment is strongly preferred.
• Mastery of the English language, written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance.
• Document clients' progress to help ensure their overall wellbeing.
• Conduct domestic and personal tasks requested by the client.
