Job summary

Partners In Care in Sacramento is hiring caregivers to support elderly and disabled clients in their homes, helping with personal care, meals, shopping, errands and light housekeeping.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and 24/7 support. California Home Care Aide Registry costs are covered, plus a $100 sign-on bonus after hire.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform personal care tasks.
• Able to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a Livescan criminal background check.
• Provide a negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers assist elderly and/or disabled persons in their home or place of residence.
• Assist with day-to-day activities of care giving based on approved tasks.
• Provide personal care assistance, meal preparation, grocery and personal shopping, errands, and light housekeeping.
• Follow company policies and patient care assessments.
