Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients with care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and complete any required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household tasks.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client interactions.
• Collaborate with other caregivers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
