Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care Cave Creek in Phoenix, AZ is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide on-site personal care and companionship to elderly and disabled clients in North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Anthem and Cave Creek. You’ll work closely with our team to support independence and dignity, performing daily living tasks, meal prep and light housework in clients' homes.

Qualified candidates hold DCW or CNA certification with at least one year of caregiving experience, strong English

Qualifications

Valid Direct Care Worker Certification (DCW) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in English.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Genuine compassion and a desire to enhance clients’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
Support clients with companionship and emotional well-being.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
Facilitate client transportation to appointments and social activities.
Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and team members to ensure personalized care.
